Mix rice flour, green chili, onion, cumin, coriander leaves, salt, asafoetida well
Add water little by little and make a dough, similar to chapatti dough but a little soft
Divide the dough into equal balls with approximate size of ping pong ball
Grease oil on a dosa pan
Take a ball of dough and spread with hand into a thin layer over the greased dosa pan
Heat the dosa pan in medium flame and close it with a lid
Cook both sides for about 2~3min
Cool the dosa pan in running water and repeat the same for all the dough balls
Serve hot with chutney
