Heat little olive oil in a pan and fry almonds a little, keep aside
Heat milk in a vessel in simmer, stirring occasionally
Add almond, onion, garlic and continue heating for 45min
Strain them and keep the milk aside
Grind almond, onion, garlic into a smooth paste
Mix with the milk and blend a little
Add salt, vinegar, lemon juice and mix well
Garnish with fried almond, chive oil
Serve hot
