Instructions
Wash, peel skin and cut potato into 1inch pieces
Heat oil in a pan
Temper mustard in it
Fry garlic until turns brown
Add potatoes and mix well and allow it to cook for 2min
Add salt, turmeric and red chili powder and mix well
Simmer the flame, close the pan with a lid and cook for 10min, while mixing then intermittently
Once the potatoes are cooked add kasoor methi and mix well and cook for 2 min
Serve hot with roti or pulka
Notes
Variation
You could use fresh methi leaves, add it potatoes are half cooked so that methi leaves could cook well
