Wash poha under running water for 1-2min [if you use thick poha, then soak it for 5~7min]
Drain water and keep aside
Heat oil in a pan
Temper mustard allow it to splutter
Add urad dhal, chana dhal and fry them well until golden brown
Add curry leaves, green chili, ginger and fry well
Add cashew nut/ pea nut and fry them well
Add onion and sauté until raw smell goes off
Add green peas and sauté until its soft
Add turmeric powder, asafoetida, salt and mix well
Add poha and mix and cook for few minutes
Garnish with coriander leaves
Serve with coconut/mint chutney

Variation
* You may add fresh grated coconut to garnish which will give a different taste
* You may add little lemon juice, if you like little tangy taste
