Soak Badam in hot water for atleast 30min
Soak chesew nut in preboiled cold milk
Peal the skin off from Badam and add this skinless badam along with chesew nut
Soak the mixture for atleast 4 hours in milk
Grind the above soaked Badam, Cashew along with Cardamon
Add milk for grinding instead of water
Pour this grinded mixture to a cup
Measure the mixture correctly and add equal amounts of sugar to it [This is very important]
Pour the mixture and sugar in a pan
Add Safroon to get the required color
Constantly keep adding ghee and stir well. This process of stirring and adding ghee should continue till you get a consistency equal to that of a "dosa batter"
The mixture should not stick to the vessel
Once this consistency is achieved remove the mixture from flame and immediately transfer it to a box
Allow it to cool for some time it would be fine
