Instructions
Soak almond in warm water for 30min, peel the skin
Grind it into a fine paste
Soak saffron in 2tbsp of milk
Heat milk in a pan in low flame and bring to boil
Add almond paste and cook for 10~15min in low flame
Add soaked saffron, mix and cook well.
Occasionally keep stirring the milk
Notes
Serve hot just like that or along with Pathirpheni
