Roast the peanuts, sesame seeds, coconut in a dry pan, blend to a smooth paste
Heat oil in the same pan, fry mustard, fenugreek seeds, onion seeds for a minute
Add curry leaves, chopped onions, fry for another 2-3 minutes.
Add ground paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, fry until the oil in the pan separates
Add tamarind water, salt
Add tomato to the tamarind water
Cook until the tomatoes get tender and gravy should thicken
Remove from heat
Serve hot with fried rice with cilantro on it
