Grind tomato, onion, garlic into a coarse paste
Heat oil in a pan
Add mustard and allow to splutter
Add ground paste mix and cook for 1min
Add cumin, fenugreek, salt, turmeric powder and mix well
Mix and cook for 1 min
Add curry leaves, madras curry powder, chili powder, banana pepper, potato cubes and mix well
Cook for 2min under medium flame
Add coconut milk and mix well
Close cook for 5~10min till potatoes are tender
Switch off flame
Serve hot with rice or pol roti
