Instructions
Heat oil in a pan
Add mustard and allow it to splutter
Add green chili, fry a little
Add turmeric powder, asafoetida
Add bhindi, mix well
Slow cook, allow it to fry, mix them thoroughly every now and then so that all bhindi are cooked/fried evenly
Once the bhindi loses the mushy texture, and edges start turning brown add salt, mix well
Once bhindi reaches crispy texture, add besan, garam masala, mix well
Notes
Serve hot with rice or roti item
