Heat 3tsp of oil in a pan
Add bhindi and sauté well over low flame for about 10min
Turn bhindis occasionally so that it's fried evenly on all sides, keep aside
Add rest of oil and heat in the same pan
Temper cumin seeds and allow it to splutter
Add onion and sauté until transparent
Add ginger, garlic and fry well
Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, garam masala, salt and mix well
Sprinkle little water so that the above will become a thick gravy, cook for 2~3min
Add sautéd bhindi to it and mix well
Add kasur methi, mix and cook well
Serve hot with rice or roti
