Instructions
Boil little water in a pan
Add cabbage, salt, close cook for 10min
Meanwhile, grind green chili, coconut, rice flour along with little curd into a fine paste
Once cabbage becomes tender, add the above paste, mix well
Add rest of curd
Add water only if required
Bring to a boil
Heat coconut oil in a pan
Add mustard and allow it to splutter
Add curry leaves, asafoetida, fry a little
Pour the tadka into moor koottu, mix well
Notes
Serve hot along with rice
