Carrot and Chinese Yam Pottage

Ingredients
  

  • 250 gm Chinese Yam - peeled n diced
  • 100 gm Carrot / காரெட் - diced
  • 1 nos Onion / வெங்காயம் - diced
  • 2 tbsp Butter / வெண்ணெய்
  • 500 ml Vegetable broth
  • 100 ml Fresh Cream / க்ரீம்
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper / மிளகு - freshly crushed
  • 1 tsp Salt / உப்பு - adjust to your taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat butter in a pan
  • Sauté carrot, Chinese yam, onion, allow it to cool
  • Blend into a fine paste
  • Add vegetable broth, bring to boil
  • Add black pepper, salt, mix well
  • Add fresh cream

Notes

Serve hot
