Blanch tomatoes in hot water for few minutes
Peel outer skin and grind to a smooth paste, strain to remove seeds and outer skin
Pressure cook peeled baby corn, carrots in enough water till one whistle
Heat oil in a broad frying pan
Add cumin seeds when it splutters, fry small onions, till golden
Mix ground paste, stir constantly in reduced flame until pleasant aroma comes from the masala
Add tomato paste, stir for few minutes
Pour cooked corn, carrot mixture along with cooked water to the masala
Cook till gravy becomes thick
