Instructions
Heat oil in a pan
Add mustard, allow it to splutter
Add channa dhal, urad dhal, fry until crispy
Add green chili, curry leaves, fry a little and add asafoetida
Pour it into the grated carrot
Add salt and mix well
Add lemon juice, mix well
Garnish with coriander leaves and give a final mix
Serve with rice
