Instructions
Heat olive oil in a pan
Add onion, garlic and fry, do not make it brown
Cook for a couple of minutes and then add bay leaves, chili, tomato and carrots
Leave to cook for 10~15mins, stir occasionally and allow it to cool
Blend it into a sauce consistency, some pieces of onion, tomato, garlic shall be left to give a texture
Heat the sauce
Remove from the heat and stir in the grated cheese and sprinkle black pepper
Add peeled carrot, mix with sauce well
Cook closed for 5min
Notes
Serve with little marinara sauce on top
