Heat oil in a pan
Add cumin seeds, curry leaves, green chilies and then onions
Fry till it turns transparent
Add cauliflower pieces
Stir for 2 minutes
Add red chili powder, mix well
Add chopped tomatoes
Pour little water and keep closed till cauliflower becomes soft
Add ground paste, salt and mix well
Cook till the gravy becomes thick
Pour thick coconut extract, when it attains boiling point, remove from fire
Garnish with coriander leaves
Squeeze lime according to taste if you prefer
Serve hot
