Instructions
Pressure cook jackfruit with enough water upto 2 whistles
Grind cooked jackfruit into fine paste
Dissolve and filter jaggery
Bring ground jackfruit and dissolved jaggery to a boil
Allow it to thicken a little
Add thin coconut milk and bring to a boil
Add thick coconut milk, mix well and switch off the flame
Garnish with fried coconut slices, cashew nuts, raisins in ghee
Serve hot
