Besan flour / கடலை மாவு
Instructions
Mix besan/corn flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt in little oil
Marinate cooked chembu above mix for 10min
Heat oil in a pan
Add the marinated chembu into oil and fry it in medium flame until all sides are roasted
Serve hot with any rice item

* You could add garlic paste while marinating
