Instructions
Heat oil in a pan
Temper mustard, urad dhal, chana dal, curry leaves
Add chinese potato, salt, turmeric powder, curry masala, red chili powder, mix well and cook in medium flame until tender
If required add little more oil and allow it to roast
Serve hot with rice
