Asafoetida / பெருங்காயம்
Instructions
Grind coconut, roasted gram, green chili into a fine paste
Add salt, asafoetida and mix well
Heat oil in a pan
Temper mustard and allow it to crackle
Add channa dhal, urad dhal, curry leaves and fry well
Garnish into the chutney
Serve with dosa, idli, ven pongal, vada
