Instructions
Heat oil in a saucepan
Add onion, sauté well until they are translucent
Add garlic, sauté for 2~3min
Add cauliflower, sauté for a while
Add broth, salt, coriander powder, cumin powder
Bring to a boil over medium heat.
Simmer for about 15min, such that cauliflower is super soft
Filter out cauliflower
Blend, sieve cauliflower until smooth
Add to the broth
Add coconut milk, pepper powder
Garnish with coriander leaves
Notes
Serve hot along with bread croutons
