Instructions
Heat butter in a pan
Add cumin, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, mace, sauté well until fragrant
Add onion, sauté until translucent
Add ginger, garlic, sauté for 1 ~ 2 min
Add curry leaves, baby corn, carrot, green peas, sauté well until tender
Add rice, gently mix along with veggies and spices
Add coconut milk, water, salt
Cook the rice in a pressure cooker or electric cooker
Add coconut oil and mix well
Garnish with coriander leaves
Notes
Serve hot along with raita
