Heat oil in a pan
Add mustard and allow it to splutter
Add channa dhal, urad dhal, fry until golden brown
Add curry leaves and fry a little
Pour them into the batter, keeping the oil
Add cashew nut and fry until golden brown
Pour them with the oil into the batter
Add carrot, black pepper, mix well
Pour the batter into greased idli molds
Steam it for 10min and additionally 5min in low flame
Remove them from the mold
Garnish with coriander leaves
Serve hot with coconut chutney
