Instructions
Grind all ingredients for masala into a fine paste
Heat ghee in a pan
Add bay leaf
Add shahi jeera
Add onion and fry until translucent
Add cashew nuts and fry a little
Add ground masala, mix well
Add beans, peas, soybeans, potato, carrot, cauliflower, broccoli
Add salt and mix well
Add rice and mix well
Add enough water and pressure cook for 2 whistles
Notes
Serve hot along with raita
