Instructions
Add salt to cooked rice and mix well into a kind of a coarse paste when its warm, allow it to cool
Add cucumber and mix well
Add milk, curd and mix well
Add asafoetida and mix well
Heat oil in a pan
Temper mustard and when it starts spluttering add curry leaves, channa dhal, urad dhal, green chilli and red chilli
Add onion and sauté well until golden brown
Add fenugreek powder and mix well
Add the above to the rice mix, allow it to cool
Garnish with coriander leaves
Serve with any pickle
