Dry roast dry red chili, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, clove, cinnamon and black pepper
Grind the above into fine powder
Heat oil in a pan, add above powder fry it for a min
Add potato, salt and mix well
If needed add little water an cook closed for 2~3min [this should be in thick and solid consistency]
Mix pomegranate seed, sev, roasted peanuts, onion, coriander leaves and keep aside
Heat tawa in medium flame
Cut pav into half, apply butter and toast it
Fill potato mixture, sprinkle the sev mixture in between the pav
Serve hot
