Heat oil in a pal
Add mustard and allow it to splutter
Add urad dhal, chana dhal, green chili fry well until golden brown
Add onion and fry until translucent
Add green peas and cook for some time
Add water, salt and bring to a boil
Add dalia little by little by stirring the mix continuously such that no lumps are formed
Cook closed for 5~10min in low flame
Serve hot with salsa sauce
