Instructions
Mix all cut vegetables, beaten egg, salt, cumin powder, pepper powder
Pre-heat oven at 200°C
Grease muffin plates with olive oil
Mix rest of olive oil along with the above mix
Fill in the mix in each muffin cups
Bake for about 20~25min
Rest it for a while
Notes
Serve with ketchup or chili scauce
