Heat little oil in a pan
Fry red chili, urad dhal until golden brown for grinding
Grind the above along with coconut into a fine paste with as little water as possible, keep aside
Boil water in a pan
Add french beans and allow it to cook until tender
Add turmeric powder, sambar masala powder and mix well
Add cooked moong dhal, ground paste and mix well
Add water if required to make it little liquid consistency and allow it to boil
Heat rest of oil in a pan
Temper mustard it it
Add urad dhal, red chili, fresh curry leaves and fry well
Serve hot with rice items and/or rotis
