Heat oil in a pan
Add mustard, allow them to crackle
Add channa dhal, urad dhal, fry until golden
Add fresh curry leaves, fry well
Add beans, carrot little by little and stir well
Add turmeric powder, salt, sprinkle little water (50ml)
Cook closed in low flame for 10min or until beans, carrot are tender
Grind green chili, coconut, ginger coarsely
Add the above ground paste, mix well
