Instructions
Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil
Add the beans, return to the boil and cook for 3~4minutes
Drain and refresh under cold running water, keep aside
Heat the oil and butter in a frying pan
Add the garlic, green beans, salt and cook over high heat for 1~2 minute, keep stirring
Remove from the heat
Add lemon juice mix well
Sprinkle with pepper and serve
