Butter / வெண்ணெய்

Instructions
Grind 2tbsp of sugar in a mixer
Mix 30gm of butter and 2tbsp of sugar and make it a paste
Add 4tbsp of sugar in warm milk
Slowly add corn flour and mix well
Add vanilla essence to the mix
Heat a non stick pan and grease it with butter
Soak the bread in the mix and toast it well in medium flame [30~45sec per side]
Coat the sugar and butter mix over the toasted bread
Ice it with powdered sugar
Serve hot with blue berry jam

Variation
* Instead of corn flour you may use custard powder too
