Mix 3cup of wheat flour, salt well and knead with oil and water into a soft dough
Divide into 8~10 equal portions
Allow it to rest for 10min
Mix grated cauliflower, ajwain, red chili powder, turmeric powder, a little salt and little wheat flour well
Roll them into about 5inch circle each, let it be little thick at this stage
Spread cauliflower filling on top of one and cover it with another
Roll them together into 6~7inch circles, do not apply much pressure
Brush it with oil/ghee
Cook each side for about 1min on a hot non-stick pan
Brush it with ghee
Garnish with cut onion, coriander, green chilli, butter
Server hot with thick curd
