Instructions
Prepare Gobi Tikka as per http://en.nalabaagam.com/gobi-tikka/
Heat oil in a pan
Add largely cut onion, fry until translucent
Add green capsicum, de-seeded tomato, fry well, keep aside
Add shahi jeera, fry well
Add cut chopped onion, fry well until brown
Add ginger, garlic paste, mix & cook well
Add tomato puree, mix & cook well
Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, coriander powder, salt, mix & cook well
Add cashew nut paste, fresh cream, mix well
Add fried onion, capsicum, tomato pieces, kasoori methi, coriander leaves, mix well
Add Gobi Tikka, mix well with the masala
Notes
Serve hot along with paratha, roti
