Instructions
Heat a pan
Dry roast red chili, when chilies are little fried, add 10ml of oil
Fry a little
Add coriander seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek, fry them well, keep aside, allow it to cool
In the same pan add garlic for grinding and fry a little
Add gonkuura leaves such that it covers garlic pods, close and cook for 2min in low flame
Stir a bit such that leaves are evenly cooked
Once leaves wilt and turn colour, switch off the flame, allow it to cool
Grind above into neither fine nor coarse paste
Heat rest of oil in the pan
Add crushed garlic, fry until crispy
Add green curry leaves, fry a little
Garnish into the pachchadi
Add salt, mix well
