Crush garlic, lemon zest, salt, pepper, red chili powder
Add lemon juice, keep aside
Put the corn in a large bowl of hot water, let soak for 30 minutes
Drain, pat dry with kitchen paper
Pre-heat a barbecue, then cook the corn over medium-hot coals for 5min [as I do not have a barbecue I grilled over a gas oven]
Turn regularly until the kernels are lightly charred
Rub the masala paste over the corn kernel using the lemon shell
