Instructions
Heat oil in a flat pan
Sauté bhindi until nicely cooked on all sides
Sprinkle a little salt, stir fry for few mins, keep it aside
Take curd in a mixing bowl
Add besan, whisk until besan is mixed well in curd without lumps
Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, water, whisk well
Temper with mustard, fenugreek, asafoetida, curry leaves, green chili, ginger into curd mix
Bring the kadhi to a boil
Add fried bhindi, mix well
Notes
Serve hot kadhi with hot steamed rice
