Green Chili, Fresh / பச்சை மிளகாய்

Lemon juice / எலுமிச்சை சாறு

Ginger / இஞ்சி

Instructions
Grind moong dal coarsely
Add fruit salt (or baking soda) chili paste, ginger paste, lemon juice, coriander leaves, salt, mix well into a thick batter
Heat oil in a frying pan in medium flame
Fry the batter into small balls, need not be of same size and shape
Fry wada till it becomes crispy and golden in color
Notes
Serve hot with Lemon Chutney
