Instructions
Heat ghee in a pan
Add shahi jeera and allow it to splutter
Add bay leaf, cardamom, clove, star anise, fry for a min
Add habanero and fry well
Add green peas, coconut milk and bring to a boil
Add rice into it and mix well
Pre-heat oven to 200°C
Bake rice in a oven safe dish, add little more ghee if required
Serve hot with raita
Notes
Note: Be careful, this will be really spicy as Habanero has spice level about 500k+SHU [50times spicier than Jalapeño]
