Urad Dhal / உளுத்தம் பருப்பு

Instructions
Soak rice, tapioca, fenugreek, urad dhal in enough water over night in separate bowls
Drain water and grind urad dhal until super smooth
Drain water and grind rice, tapioca,fenugreek until smooth
Mix urad dhal batter, rice batter well along with salt
Ferment it for 8~10hrs
