Instructions
Mix rava, curd well without lumps
In a pan add mustard, green chilies, ginger, garlic, onion, fry well
Add above, salt, cooking soda, water to rava mix well to get to a batter consistency
Allow the batter to rest for 15~20min
Fry the batter in kuzhi paniyaram tawa until golden brown
Notes
Serve hot with any chutney/ketchup
