Soak the tamrind in 2cup of warm water for about 10min
Soak the thoor dhal in little warm water for 10min
Extract tamrind juice
Heat tamrind juice in a vessel
Add rasam powder, garlic, salt and allow it to boil
Grind 4bunch of curry leaves, cumin, black pepper, thoor dhal and make a fine paste with as little water as possible
Once the garlic is cooked add the above paste and cook for 2~3min
Pour rest of water and allow it to boil
Swirch off the flame
Season with ghee, mustard, curry leaves
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves
