Instructions
Simmer turnip along with water, salt, butter, sugar, soy sauce, mirin, fresh chili, cooking alcohol until turnip is tender
Strain the turnip, keep aside
Add the leaves, cook until tender, strain them, keep aside
Bring the remaining liquid into a boil and allow it to boil until it turns syrupy
Garnish over the turnip, leaves
Notes
Serve hot or cold along with rice
