Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the cut idli until crispy and keep aside
Heat a pan, add little oil, fry cashew nuts and keep aside
Temper with fennel seeds
Add curry leaves, green chili, ginger, garlic paste and sauté well
Add onion and fry until transparent
Add tomato, allow it to cook well into a paste kind consistency
Add green peas, salt and cook for 2~3min
Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, red chili powder, mix well and allow it to cook for 1~2min
Add fried idli and mix well with the above masala
Garnish with fried cashew nuts and coriander leaves
Squeeze lemon over
Server hot with tomato-curd chutney
