Peel and cut kamal kakdi into circular pieces of ½cm thick
Peel and Cut onions into long pieces
Cut tomatoes into medium sized pieces
Finely chop garlic
Heat oil in a pressure cooker
Add cumin and allow it to splutter
Now add finely chopped garlic and sauté until the raw smell goes
Add onions and sauté till raw smell goes
Add tomatoes and kamal kakdi
Add chili powder, garam masala, salt
Mix well
Pressure cook
Garnish with coriander
Serve hot with rice or chapatti
