Instructions
Grind peanuts, red chili, garam masala into a fine powder
Fry bitter gourd in oil until golden, keep aside
Heat 1tbsp of oil in a pan
Add mustard, allow it to splutter
Add channa dhal, urad dhal, fenugreek and fry until crispy
Add onion and sauté until transparent
Add ground masala, salt, mix well
Add fried karela, mix well
Cook closed for 5min
Sprinkle kasoor methi over

Serve hot along with rice
