Instructions
Heat oil to smoking point in a vessel
Add garlic, asafoetida, red chili, cardamom and mix well
Add dry ginger powder, fennel seeds, salt and mix well
Add haak, mix well and cook until it reduces in quantity
Pour water, cover and cook for 10~15min
Serve hot with rice
