Instructions
Fry cashew and raisin separately with a little amount of ghee and keep aside
Boil water in a kettle
Add the remaining ghee and fry sooji
Once water started boiling, pour it little by little and stir sooji such that it does not form lumps
Stir well for 2-3min
Once sooji cooked well add sugar and again stir well
Make a paste of banana and add it to Sheera and mix well
Finally, add fried cashew and raisin
If required you can add food color (kesar color)
