Instructions
Slit into 4 parts keeping base intact
Coarsely grind roasted peanuts, garlic, coriander powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, salt
Add chopped coriander, mix with oil until a crumbly texture
Carefully fill the above mixture into each baby onion
Heat remaining oil in a non-stick pan
Place the stuffed onions on the surface of the pan, let it cook on low heat for 5~10min
Add about a ¼cup of water, add the remaining stuffing mix
Close cook for about 10min
Sauté occasionally if required in between
Notes
Garnish with coriander leaves
Serve hot
