Mix all the ingredients for filling and keep aside
Mix wheat flour, ghee, salt with water added little by little into dough
Keep it resting for 15~20min
Divide them into equal portions and make them into smooth balls
Spread them into ¼~½inch circles
Place little filling and join the edges to make a spherical balls
Pre heat oven to 180~200°C
Bake the balls for 20~25min
Pour hot ghee over the baked litti and serve hot
